If you believe there's only ONE God that means there's definitely ONE right religion. What makes this religion a right one is that it should have logical explanation for every thing, an answer for any question, a solution for every problem and that's only through a ONE divine Book which must be a perfect Book that has no contradictions and no mistakes at all and that every open minded person reasoning with logic should understand that this book is a true divine Book word by word and letter by letter and that no human hand has interfered in it's text.
If you want to know what that religion is you should look for it for yourself to be convinced 100% about it. So look for the truth.
BTW for me that religion is Islam.

About the only truth I see in their religion is that it was conceived by Arabs. But the Qur'an says they can not be true Muslims unless they obey the Bible prophets. Those prophets tell you why Islam exists. Mainly, they were raised to punish Christian nations who were not living up to the truth. That is a fact well known to Christians during the 1,400 years they were assaulted by militant Ishmaelites.

For starters, just explain how a person, who couldn't read or write, know that man was first created as Alaq (Arabic for a piece of flesh, also similar to a leech). Yes, it's true. Grab a copy of the Holy Quran (with your native language translation. Marmaduke Pikthall's translation in English is regarded as the most authentic translation) and go through it. Ponder over at the verses and scientific facts given in it. You'll be amazed.
Just don't forget that critics say that the Holy Quran was WRITTEN by Prophet Muhammad, and is not a divine revelation. So just think how could a person, who couldn't read or write, knew such scientific facts.
There are no modifications in Quran. Only the wordings in the translations differ. You can get a copy of the Holy Quran from ANY part of the world (the original Arabic text) and you won't find a variation in a single alphabet. It's God's promise to the mankind that Quran is His final word till the end of the world and He would protect it Himself. No other divine book is in original form now, but the Holy Quran. Every book has been modified into various editions and modifications.

Islam is faced with a challenge right now. Assuming Islam is a peaceful religion that the world should respect, they must confront the problem of a minority committing heinous acts in their name. While the rest of the world is forced to deal with this as well, Islam is obligated to lead the fight and spare no effort root out this violent part or admit that it is a religion of violence and hate.
So far they have not met this challenge but it is too soon to judge. Were I considering a faith I would wait and see. But in truth no one can tell you what religion is right for you but you. Anyone can say the words but they mean nothing.

Only GENUINE Islam is the undisputed provable rightful religion. Not the counterfeit traditional so-called Islam be it in the form of Sunni Islam and Shia Islam which Violate most of GOD'S utmost valued universal sacred concepts in His book (which they claim to believe in) such as freedom, peace, justice, and democracy. believes such as the apostasy law (the killing of the one who changes his religion)!
