Im a 15 year old boy, and, wierd as it sounds, I dont like food. I just have never had any drive to eat. As a result, I've always been rather skinny and lacking in muscles, and below average height, neither of which I want to be. Im not anorexic; I really try, but I really find it difficult to eat the amount I should be eating. Instead of getting hungry, I just get stomach aches which pass with time, so I rarely have any specific urge to eat.

Anyway, It's never been that concerning to me, as I've obviously managed to survive, but now, with my GCSEs beginning, im worrying that my performance may be affected, especially as added to this I've just had a period of very little/no sleep to get all my art coursework finished.

My question is, what advice to people have, and have any of you experienced the same thing?

I guess you don't need to like food but you have to eat to stay healthy. Perhaps do some research on healthy food and become more involved in preparation. You can eat just small quantities just have more small meals. Remember to eat often don't have stomach pain have some stand by nibbles like nuts and dried fruit. Walkers carry these on long walks as good for the digestion and easy to eat on the move. Perhaps look into eating more fish as it is a lighter and easier to digest and can be very tasty if grilled with curry powder or chili experiment there will be some things that you will prefer and you need it to keep up your strength.

you can get nutrients and calories from protein drinks or meal substitute drinks. I love to eat and never met anyone who didn't like at least some food. that stomach ache is probably hunger pangs.
