Has anyone had any experiences using skype as a totally blind person?

I was just wondering if anyone has had any experiences using skype as a totally blind person.
I would like any hints on using the program with adaptive technology.

I am sorry to say I don't have any advice, and I feel for you as using Skype can be difficult at times for even sighted people. It definitely needs improvement. How about contacting the company and asking for suggestions? Maybe they will like you to help them make it more accessible.
