1st off, Im a guy, and its not an std :-p.. ok now that thats out of the way...
I think they are stretch marks, but im not sure. They dont hurt at all, but they are kind of indented, like if you wear tight pants itll mark your skin somewhat, but these are permanent and red. Any ideas? and what to do to get rid of them! I dont want my gf to think i have AIDS!

ok, i dont think its lice, because ive seen pictures of that and it doenst look like that.. But thank you as i am now a bit worried and im going to the doctor on monday.. anyway heres a link to a blurry picture of whats going on.. Its not for the squeamish but dont worry nothing is showing.

They look like stretch marks, or "stria distensae". They are scars in the dermis and improve over time, but never completely go away.

It's sounds like you have body lice and those red marks are from their biting or even their eggs.beware and refrain from having sex with your girlfriend and with close contact with your friends as well.
