Is anyone aware at all if humanity is changing towards any future ..........?

Question

... goal; be it a good end of some sort, or a bad one for that matter ; towards anhilation where the universe will swallow us up as if we have never been, or perhaps towards some sort of transcendance where there is some memory left and continuity in some other dimention - even as science fiction this may sound? And finally is there any hint that we are moving towards something more ethical more just more loving more wise societies? Or is this nerdy stuff of the weak?

the power of belief has proved to be a force to reckon..... you will find people who believe very much what you speak of but, they aren't usually people of great influential pull with the masses.....i have seen an undercurrent of spiritual people who are wise with the ways of the earth and speak in the universal language of knowledge with peace.. i guess the best advice i could give you is... you have to start with you....

don't ever think your dream is weak :) i applaud you for wanting these things and speaking about them but, that dellow fellow above is right in some ways.... it has to be approached in a practical way..............

As stated above, mankind has no desire to evolve...or change toward a more ethical society. And, they are too vain to recognize the signs that the universe, and the earth are changing toward a future that will not include mankind.

Yea, we are going more and more toward a "no worship" society.
When this nation was founded on principles of God's Word as our standard and Christ as King, we had, until the '50's an 80% rate of households who worshiped God in a church building with other believers weekly.
Now the national average is 22%; an alarming decline.
The nation who evangelized us and sent a champlain on every ship was Great Britain..., now they are down to 1% weekly worshipers of God. We are going the same way. Instead of "freedom of" it is now "freedom from". As that rate drops, so is our peace and our family nucleus and our crime rate increasing.
These facts were just released from a study done at Regents University in Virginia.
Pray for our nation to return in action to God and GO TO CHURCH!!

I think the human race is separating into two groups, one evolving and one devolving. The ones who recognize that human evolution can be controlled by superior mate selection, child rearing and health practices are evolving. The ones who succumb to the mass media and bureaucratic dumbing down of the species are devolving. Eventually these two sub-species will no longer have enough communication to interbreed, and we will be two separate species altogether.

No humanity has never changed towards any future, it just as evil / good as its ever been. We are cast into a lake of fire and must remove ourselves, with the our belief in god.
