Conjoined twins are 2 people, which means that at the movies they pay for 2.

This is an honest answer that I would believe they would have to pay for two people - this is the logic:
Obese people that cannot sit in one seat on a plane require buying two tickets for safety to themselves and comfort to other passangers. (Could you imagine having to share half your seat with a fat dude sitting next to you!) Conjoined twins would be in this same category - they have the size that they would require two seats. I don't actually think it would be the issue of being two people.
A more interesting question would perhaps be - would they need two or one passport?? (given they couldn't go without the other)

If they can fit in one seat, they are not charged double for the movie.

No it is not cheating if one is one a honeymoon.

absolutely! they must pay double price.... but if they split before the movie starts... they would get "half off" the regular price
