i m 14 and don't want to use any pills as yet.

i suggest u jump about 10 times continuosly in the morning(wait till ur legs have strenght though).if u haven't noticed,we are taller in the morn but we shrink a little during the day.so i fugered u should try maintain the height.....u'll grow 0.5cm per week if u keep this up every day.it worked 4 me...i'm 14 too...btw have a nice day

If you are only 14 then diet will still play a big part in your future growth. Make sure you are eating enough and getting lots protein.

i am sorry dear but you really can't increase your height except by wearing differant shoes and straighting up your posture.
