well, not necessary the brain, it can be infection of stomach, liver, any organs......
cos any thing/food that has contact with the soil, especially tubers, roots, strawberries, watermelons, etc, there will be bacteria on the exterior of the fruits.

these bacteria found on the exterior are the very bacteria/viruses/fungi that are found in the soil

in other words, when u dont wash or peel away the exterior b4 eating the food that has contact with the soil ( whether during growing, harvesting, or storing process), u are actually eating minute amount of soil!!! imagine that!

wash with plenty of water, if possible with boiling water, or soak in concentrated salt water 1st and rinse with sunning water>>>>>>> b4 eating them

Not at all. many of the vegetables are to be eaten fresh without cooking but some has to be cooked, it is not because they have the bacteria, but it is because, they will not get digested and create trouble to the entire digestive system. When ever any one would like to eat raw vegetables, it has to be washed properly in tap water, that's it.
Specially the carrot juice gives strength to the body.
