You have to have some sort of protein and more vitamins all around. That little bit of cheese (which is fine if you are a vegaterian rather than vegan( is the only protein all day.
Try soy products, add legumes to your grilled veggies, and add a generous portion of chopped almonds and sesame seeds to your salad.
I would also try the salad with some endive, kale, etc, for more vitmamin A and Iron, and I would supplement with B-12. Also consider whipping up your own salad dressing with organic apple cidar vinegar, honey and some seasonings - better than the xanthan gum et al in ranch dressing.
It just seems like you are not getting enough calories

No that's not healthy. Your breaking up your ratio of food being eaten throughout the day into horrible portions. The nutrients within those foods are poor at best and eating a salad for breakfast with dense mucus enriching foods like ranch and cheese is definently not giving your body any headstarts for the day..quite the opposite actually.
Also on a sidenote I'm going to add in part of a different post I just replied with on another question.. as I'm so confused as to why vegetarians eat cheese.
As well most vegetarians remain eating cheese which boggles me, but I found most don't understand outside of the cruelty involved in milking process..the cheese making process still includes additional animal byproducts. The worst of them is rennet.
Definitions of rennet:
noun: a substance that curdles milk in making cheese and junket
1. the lining membrane of the fourth stomach of a calf or of the stomach of certain other young animals.
3. a preparation or extract of the rennet membrane, used to curdle milk, as in making cheese, junket, etc.
n. An enzyme that catalyzes the coagulation of milk, found in the gastric juice of the fourth stomach of young ruminants and used in making cheeses and junkets. Also called chymosin, rennet.
Just some various definitions of rennet. Most all cheeses on the market save for perhaps freshly made mozerella use animal rennet. With this being said you'd be unable to make cheeses in mass production scenarios such as our society uses...without slaughtering the cows afterwords.

No..it's not complete at all. You are missing alot including enough calories. You need several servings of whole grains and veggies a day. Check out the vegetarian food pyramid online.

you need to eat more for lunch and less for dinner. and you are obviously not vegan if you are eating cheese, so up the dairy, cos that is a great source of calcium, etc. also there's really not enough protein there. have a protein shake, or add nuts, beans, or peanut butter.

You need to start reading on nutrition --- add grains, like quinoa, that provide the essential aminos and lots of protein.
Also beans, tofu, whey shakes -- you have to have lots of protein to maintain your body, which is (gasp!) made out of meat!
