Mr. X,
My wife and I purchased a new Camry 2004 SE and it's been in the shop once for a warranty repair. The knock sensor had to be replaced. It handles great and the inside is tight and quiet.

Me being a mechanical nitwit was impressed with the fully boxed in lower A frames, bolt on lower ball joints, thick brake rotors ( can be resurfaced up to three times), quiet chain driven camshafts, cam to valve adjustment with valve cups, easy access to everything under the hood, easy oil filter location and well hung exhaust system.

I do have some issues. The RE- 92 Bridgestone tires should all be stacked in a pile for highway grinding recycling. They are terrible in the rain worthless when three snow flakes fall and I wish they would wear away as I sleep.
In northern climates there are better choices of tires. The Michelin Harmony and Yokohama TRZ test 50 -60% better in light to heavy snow according to the testing on the website: tirerack.com.

I love Toyota's! I reckon they are the most reliable car to own! I don't have a toyota camry, but I used to drive a toyota corolla and I loved it! I had it for years and never had any major problem with it at all! My sister owned a toyota camry and she loved her camry as well!

I bought my 95 Camry Coupe 2 years ago with 100,000 miles. Now it has 139,000 miles and still going strong.

Mine is a super rare Red coupe, so I won't see the same car every street corner. I love it.

I don't love Camry's. I'm a Nissan Altima fan. Take that.

Camry's are bland to me - not much other than reliable transportation without a lot of noise and shocks. It's nice, yeah, but not my kind of automobile.

I prefer a vehicle with a little bit of a personality. But then again, every car has some kind of personality. The Camry's personality, I guess, is the very calm and steadfast one. That's cool though. But one word of advice, don't get too excited about the mileage because you might jinx yourself. Important thing is to keep up with the maintenance, which I'm sure you already do.

I LOVE my 1999 Camry..
and even while my husband keeps insisting we buy a newer car/SUV I am so pleased with mine.
Never had a problem at all with it and it has 181,000 miles.
