HI! I've got Herpes 1 and 2 about eight years ago. The symptoms have appeared just when I've got it, no more. I just knew and understood about herpes when at year 2005 the doctor said it to me , explained me a few of it and I've looked for informations about STD at internet. I know it doesn't have cure. As I haven't had any symptoms after the first and the single ones I've had when I've got it, the single explanation for me about it is that I keep myself with good nutrition in qualities of food.
Maybe it has been possible, maybe not! I understand it, but I cannot explain it, neither the doctors, I think.
Good luck to you!

I am sorry but Herpes can not be cured. It can only be controlled with medicine. I've had herpes now for 5 yrs. What I can tell you is that as time passes by you will get less and less outbreaks. I only get 1 outbreak a year that last one I had was in June 2006 and it going to be a year since I've been free from an outbreak. To help have less outbreaks you can change your diet to healthier diet, have a healthy lifestyle, exercise, and try to avoid stress as much as possible (i know its hard sometimes) thats what I've been doing and it sure works. Good luck and best wishes!!!

Hi there,
There is no genital herpes cure. You’ll have to learn to live with it. But some simple changes to your lifestyle can make it easier to cope. Herpes can have recurring outbreaks. Keep these other triggers in mind. Some may cause your genital herpes to flare up, others not.
Factors during sex. Some people find that the friction of sexual intercourse irritates the skin and brings on symptoms. Using a water-based lubricant can help reduce irritation. Don't use one that contains the spermacide nonoxynol-9, however. Nonoxynol-9 can irritate mucous membranes, such as the lining of the vagina. Oil-based lubricants are a no-no, too. They weaken latex, making condoms more likely to break. Even if the friction of intercourse seems to be a trigger for your symptoms, it probably won't cause a flare-up every time you have sex.
Colds and sunlight. The common cold and sunlight seem to trigger outbreaks of oral herpes (cold sores), but no proof exists that they trigger genital herpes outbreaks.
Hormones. Hormonal changes, like those that occur in the menstrual cycle, can affect genital herpes outbreaks. No one knows why yet.
Surgery, weak immune system. Trauma to the body, such as having surgery, may make herpes symptoms appear. It's possible that having a weakened immune system does, too. People whose immune systems are weakened by HIV, for example, tend to have outbreaks more often than people with normal immune functioning do.
Remember that triggers may not be the same for everyone, and doctors are not certain how much lifestyle has to with outbreaks of herpes symptoms. If you think one triggers your symptoms, ask your doctor what you should do about it.
Hope this helps.
Cheers.

I got diagnosed with genital herpes (type 2) about 7 years back, when I was still attending college and had a mindless one-night stand. I know loads of young ladies will declare this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a mistake that one time and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to have to live with the implications for the rest of my life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date guys again. In the end, who wants to go out with a girl that has sores around her you-know-what? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/v4lA1 everything improved.
Not only was I able to remove all traces of the herpes virus from my body in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so lucky to write that just last week, in front of everyone in a busy cafe, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!! This program provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience true love. Now I want to enable you too by sharing this with the whole World.

There is no cure for herpes, it is an incurable STD.
There are medications to help suppress the virus and to help prevent outbreaks, but there is no cure. The frequency of outbreaks tend to decrease the longer a person has had the virus though. I have had it for over 6 years and my last outbreak was over 2 years ago. The first year is usually always the worst. Many people get several outbreaks during the first year.
Once a person has herpes they will have it their entire life.

unfortunately as of now there is no "cure" for herpes. The closest thing to a cure is valtrex. I have had herpes for eight years and have tried the holistic approach with very poor results. I have basically tried everything. For natural remedies try to boost your immune system and take plenty of l-lysine and stay clear of arganine. There's alot of stuff you shouldn't eat like corn, nuts, chocolate, alchol and more. Try to avoid stress and get at least 8 hours of sleep per night. It's a pain in the butt. If you take valtrex you can just go on living a normal life without to much worry. Worked for me, my gf, and everyone else I have spoken to. The good thing is that when you get older you get fewer and fewer outbreaks, your body just gets used to it and it doesn't become as much of an issue. I haven't taken been taking valtrex for a few years now and haven't had any visible outbreaks, but always keep a bottle on hand just in case. Good Luck.
