I would like to maintain the clean, professional look of the car, but also make mine unique from everyone else. Oh, and the size I'm leaning toward is 18" anything more just looks like a hotwheel car from a cereal box.

Pretty much anywhere. But I would pick the style first and worry about color second. Why you say?
Color can be changed for a modest price by any good body shop and made to your excact desire!
have fun go for it and don't worry. Get something nice and then get them painted the way you want.
