- Use deep conditioner at least once a week.

- Avoid excessive dependence on styling products. They coat the hair, making them appear dull and lifeless.

Dont wash your hair every day... don't use products with alcohol in it, condition once a week (unless your hair smells like a dog) and get a great multi vitamin supplement for daily use.

The best way to keep hair shiny and healty is treatments you apply after a wash and conditioning - which you have to leave on your hair for 5 to 30 minutes - that you can do atleast once a month.

Remember your hair is just how your body dicards dead protein cells (steak). So do as little as possible and put mayonaise on it once a week for conditioning with heat.
