If it is not a hurt ,then it is due to over heat in the body or the air you are breathing is too hot / thin without any moisture.
Nose generally bleeds in hot summer or when is hurt a part from nose picking and hurting one self.you can also bleed in the nose when you are in the ac room too as the air dries / condenses the moisture and hence cools it .which also could be the reason for the nose bleeding.so kindly take a good look at what you are eating to reduce the heat in the body, wishing you all the luck for getting rid of the nose bleeding.

Nosebleeds are caused by the rupture of a small blood vessel called a capilliary in the nose.
The most common cause of this is injury - a good bash to the nose will result in bleeding.
The other main cause is dryness of the inside of the nose. A dry climate or heated indoor air irritates and dries out nasal membranes, causing crusts that may itch and then bleed when picked.
Other causes of nosebleeds are colds, high altitude, allergies and medications.
Nosebleeds can also result from a calcium deficiency.
Occasionally, nosebleeds may indicate other disorders such as bleeding disorders, cancer, high blood pressure or disease of the arteries.
They can also indicate hereditary haemorrhagic telangiectasia, also known as Osler-Weber-Rendu syndrome.
This is a disorder involving a vascular growth similar to a birthmark in the back of the nose.

You can get a nosebleed a variety of ways.
Most commonly, nosebleeds are caused from dryness in the nose. The skin inside begins to crack. The best way to prevent this is with nasal saline. Often the nose scabs up and people tend to pick at the scabs.
Allergies can also cause nosebleeds. If you notice symptoms of allergies in addition to nosebleeds, see a doctor. If you want to nab allergies before they begin, take panathenic acid.
Nosebleeds happen from high stress levels. Monitor your blood pressure. Lay off salt and fatty foods. Take a break from what you are doing and release some stress.
And finally, nosebleeds can happen from trauma to the nose.

Within the nasal cavity are fine capillaries which are used to heat the air entering our lungs. A nosebleed is caused by these being ruptured due to sneezing or blowing your nose too much. Colds may also cause this, as blood supply to the membranes and sinus's is increased to combat the infection.

Allergies, infections, or dryness that cause itching and lead to picking of the nose.
Vigorous nose blowing that ruptures superficial blood vessels in the elderly and in the young.
Clotting disorders that run in families or are due to medications.
Fractures of the nose or of the base of the skull that can cause bleeding and should be regarded seriously when the bleeding follows a head injury.
Rarely, tumors (both malignant and nonmalignant) have to be considered, particularly in the older patient or in smokers.

usually is blood pressure. you have a very fine network of capillaries in the nose mucosa, these capillaries can be fairly weak due to a lack of vitamins or simply because you are born like that. any blood pressure rise in your body influences the speed at which the blood reaches these capillaries and they break if the pressure is too high. the causes can be many and fairly random like sneezing, high temperatures (summer) allergies and so on. you don't have to worry unless it happens all the time, i used to be like that until i was 25 and then disappeared. when it happens you need to bend your neck down like you are looking the floor to lower the amount of blood passing through the jugular vein in this way you give a chance to the blood to clot and stop the bleeding

Think a nose bleed is caused by the breaking of capillary veins inside the nose.

A punch in the nose usually leads to bleeding of the nose.

A nose bleed may also be caused by sudden and heavy sneezing or blowing of the nose.

Stop a nose bleed by laying on your back. If this does not work, try stuffing cotton wool into each nostril. If this fails, go to your nearest A&E. [Eergency room ER in US].

usually its when the little veins in the nose burst due to pressure or allergies something such as sneezing can set off a nose bleed there is a way to stop having nose bleeds if they become to heavy and to often which is a little operation where that they cauterise (burn) the ends of the veins so that they can no longer work
it does not hurt (trust me i had it done)
