Chances are you could lose him if you let this insecurity dominate your life. Just accept that he choose you so enjoy the relationship as it is now be as positive as you can let him know how much you love him. and hey if things change in the future and you lose him what can you do. theres only so much effort you can put into a relationship you've got to be happy enjoy life and take risks and love and with that let the future dictate itself.

honestly, there's nothing you can do to ensure that he'll never leave you. just always be open-minded.. prepare yourself for all the things that might happen. remember, time changes everything... let me share this to you...
i thought my boyfriend was really perfect at first...he's so cute, very nice, sweet,....he had all the good things that can describe a dream guy!but when we started living under the same roof(after a year),i started to know him better.he's kinda lazy and so annoying!he gets irritable most of the time and he started to hurt me physically..so i broke up with him afterwards..
im just sharing this to you for you to be careful..its okay to love and trust your boyfriend..but don't give up everything..

You can't make sure someone never leaves you. You can be yourself and hope that it works out, but there's nothing you can do to ensure permanence.

As everyone else said,n from my personal experience- u can never know.Its sad,but its the truthe.But look at it this way- he probably loves u the same n he has the same fear abt u.And one more thing- be sure that everyone else in this world have the same fear when they cares abt the other person.So,its perfectly normal n very very common:-)
