i want to cut my long hairs into long layers,but my mother doesnot allow this .my boy friend wants my hairs to cut,hair cut suits me alot i have cut my cut from front in layers which suites me so much but mom is not allowing me for full layers please help me wot must i do

sit down and talk to your mum dont cut your hair youself. i have very very long hair when i lived in the middle east i had 2 foot cut of it then when i came home to australia i had 1 foot cut of. now i wish i had not had any cut of as it seams to take ages to grow back. you should only do as your parents say not do as your boyfriend wishes remember it is your hair please dont cut if you dont want it cut. try putting it up show your mum how it looks short.but best thing is to talk to your mum.

You didn't say how old you are. Evidently you are not 18 yet, anyway. Which means you must follow your mom's rules. You might have a discussion with your mom about this. Perhaps she feels your boyfriend is having too much influence on you at this age. If not, maybe you could talk to her about earning your right to make the decision.
For example, you might be able to demonstrate your maturity by assuming a new family responsibility on a permanent basis. If she agrees, then you show her you will keep your promise by doing the new responsibility for a month or two before you get your hair cut. And, of course, then you continue your new responsibility until you leave your parents house.

I think you should respect your mom and not get the haircut behind her back. I think it would not be the right thing to do and it would not be good as she might not trust you and be hurt that you disobeyed her. Did she say why she would not allow the haircut? Maybe you can negotiate a compromise hairstyle. Hopefully your bf is not pressuring you about your hair (you don't say he is, but it is worth a thought). I suggest talk to your mom about your hair again in a calm and resectful discussion and see if you two can work out a solution. You might not get what you want at the moment, but maybe something that you can be happy with that your mom agrees to too. Good luck.

Why not just cut into it yourself then your mum would probably think you'd made such a mess of it she'd take you for it cutting properly!

while you live in your Mom's house ......you probably have to listen to her...... Maybe if you sit down and talk to her calmy and discuss your reasons for wanting this hairstyle, you will be able to sway her?? good luck
