plz tell me what should i do ???

i have hair on my upper lips & it looks like mutsche,and also i have hair on my arms. so, plz tell me what should i do??? if i do wax for my upper lips hair , then will the hair grow thicker??? i am so confuse plzzzzz tell me.

Wax. (not under your arms)

There are special lip waxing products. It will not grow back thicker but it will need some maintaining.

You can have it removed electrically by a specialist. This has some 'definite' effect to most hairs but it will need some repeating before all are gone.

Ask for a professional treatment in a good hospital.

Laser might be an option.
