Yes God is kind and helpful, but God is our creator. Read this: "The first thing we must realize about God is that He loves us. The book of John in the Bible reveals His love in a very beautiful way. He loves us, He created us, and He has a plan for our lives. It is a very exciting and fulfilling plan, and we can know what that plan is for each of us individually. To understand God's plan, we must read His Word, or guide Book. Most of our problems in understanding God stem from things we have heard other people say about Him. Since there are so many people with so many different ideas, we then end up with a multitude of misconceptions about God." (Bible.com). God loves us, but he must discipline us as well. When he says that "you shall not..." then he means it, and be sure he will have a consequence for a sin. God's not a bully. Here's the definition of a bully: "a blustering, quarrelsome, overbearing person who habitually badgers and intimidates smaller or weaker people" (Dictionary.com). First of all, God is not human, so he doesn't have these human qualities, and secondly God has a plan for all of us. He's trying to give you challenge, this is the way of showing god love's you, Why? because god is giving you self confidence but have to work for it,, Yes he is helpful just pray to him and he will make it come true, but you have to work for it, that's because god want's you to have Confidence on yourself...

Sometimes we don't realize what is best for us. We have to learn certain lessons in life in order to deal with something that will happen in our future. Just trust that he knows what is ahead of you.
