where i can find folder option if its not in control panel or in tools bar????

go My computer -> Tool from the top -> Folder Options

If you didnt get the folder option in toolbar and control panel your computer might be affected by virus. So be sure to update your antivirun in time and scan the computer. I knew that cause few moths before i got the same problem.

right click the tool bar.
choose customize.
scroll the icons and add folder options.
