She is. Able to speak, that is. The only question is whether or not you are able to listen.
To me, personally, She speaks every day in very subtle ways. The adoration in my son's eyes, for example, reminds me to be kind. She also chimes in quite loudly every once in a while, that 'sixth sense' in the back of my mind, warning me to, "Watch out!"
