why do i always let my mother talked me into things i dont wanna do or when i decide to do something she always convince me that it is wrong and i end up not doing it even if it breaks my heart and i feel misrable like now she has done it again and she let me feel so stupid for even thinking of doing it

it looks like your mother is the manipulative type and the best way she can't manipulate you is for you to be aware of it. she can manipulate you by making you feel guilty or make you appear like a bad child among other things. You can say no to her whatever she says afterwards for as long as you know you are a good person and i'm sure you are just by your concern. take care
