Nope, there is absolutely no hope. Tally 4.5 (dos-based) cannot run in Windows-XP at all. Only Window versions of Tally i.e. 5.4 & above run on Win-Xp.

No, u can't run tlly 4.5 on winxp , but u can run tally 5 onwards.
