Hi. Not sure if it is the most powerful one but there is a brand new JBL S120 P11 400 WATTS RMS Powered Sub .on eBay for $279.00 which is great value for the money if you are interested. The RMS or Continuous rating is the only true output from the Amplifier without distortion. (Peak power rating is useless because it is an inflated reading which has too much distortion in the sine wave.)

Velodyne, anything they make you will be satified with. That is what they do. They are the middle of the line king in Sub Woofers. I have the DPS-12 on my system and I have yet to push 50% of it. Could have easily settled for the 10. I got my 12 on ebay brand new form an authorized dealer for $350 and free shipping so you should be do the 10 even cheaper
