I don't know if any one of those is "greater" than the other two, but I'd say faith serves as the foundation for hope and charity. By faith, you believe in things that you hope for, and by your obediance to God (who you have faith in) you perform acts of charity.

Depends upon the purpose.
Faith: If my faith allows me to mock faith of people around me, then it's not worth being called great.
Hope: What if I hope that someday, I can somehow find you and beat the hell out of you. Would you call this hope great? (taht was just an example... lol).
Charity: What if I indulge myself into charity, just to be recognized?

Faith is the greatest.Then comes charity and then hope.It is the faith in GOD that prompts a person to undertake charities.It is also the faith that inculcates hope in him!!!
