The firsd commandments to Moses were carved into stone by God himself.
And the Old Testament was started by Moses in the wilderness in 1513 B.C.E.
The whole bible had 40 writers.
The last being the apostle John writing Revelation, on the island of Patmos, Greece.
(2 Timothy 3:16-17) All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work.

No, just the Ten Commandments. The first 5 books were written down from verbal accounts and the exodus by Moses. The rest are history and prophesy. They were written on the common writing medium of the time.

I'm sorry, I think your question was already answered, but I have to comment (yet again, lol) on our Pot-Smoker-Christian (with a picture of a towel smoking a joint.....tres-magnifique! lol) blurting out silly answers again. The apostles were responsible for the New Testament....the 2nd half.....so how on earth is the 1st Bible "written in their hearts?" I would like to submit this as exhibit A against the defendant (Mary Juana), who stands accused of murdering Brain Cells.

there may have been a "first bible to come off a press" or
something like that, but otherwise "first bible" is not a
very meaningful concept.

in ancient time there was no bible. there were only
documents and letters not compiled in any one place
written over thousands of years by many authors.
