To Laguna area from Phuket airport shouldn't be more than 500 baht one way. For limosine would be a bit more expensive ~ 800 baht. Hotel transfer mostly start at 600 baht depends on the distance.

Bangkok and Phuket is 1 hour flight time apart. It's impossible for 1000-1500 Baht

Which airport are you referring to? Bangkok or Phuket?
From Bangkok, you can expect to pay 1000-1500bahts per taxi and seeing that you have a fairly large group, you will need 2 cabs.
If you are arriving into Phuket International, why not check with the hotel for their transfer cost? It will be easier, they might have an airport transfer service for guests.

There'll be hotel limousine from the hotel to pick you up from Phuket Airport, if you are their guests. It's free of charge.

If your hotel doesn't provide a free service I'd say between 400-600 Bahts since you need a mini-bus.
