ok, umm well i think im in love with my step-cousin-ish, ok let me explain, my aunt's husband died and she married someone else named Martin (who is a complete a**) and Mike (the cousin i like) is his nephew, so were not all that related, any way i think i'm in love with him and i would go out with him except there's only one problem he's 19 and im only 14 and i know what a crush is because they tend to fade off from time to time and i have had crushes before and this feels a lot different i mean i literally hate him i want him to cry to feel like he wants to die from embarassment from him i want to cry and feel miserable for the rest of his life but then again i want to love him what do i do,and it's not just for looks either (even though he is hot) but he is really awesome to be around and fun. i dont want to love him but i do, and i know my bro(i live with him he is 25) would be kinda surprised and all of that your too young bull s*** and i dont want to hear that what can i do?

If your brother respects your feelings talk to him about it. If not then write this boy a card or a letter and hand it to him. Don't say too much, keep it simple and talk about how your feelings for him bother you. That way you have room to talk without making him feel obligated. NO ONE is obligated to love anyone back. You will need to realize this in life. He may be flirting with you because your cute and he thinks you'll be flattered. Or maybe he's just a flirt in general. You would only know this if you see how he is around other girls. Boys have been know to wait for a girl to mature. It's not unheard of. But you really need your guardian's permission to pursue anything. No... fourteen is not too young to feel the way you do. It's a hard time for you, but get used to it.. you'll have another 20 years of rocking love emotions to enjoy. Enjoy the rollercoaster baby. It's what life's about.

You can do nothing. A relationship between a 14 year old and a 19 year old isn't going to work, and you need to realize that. You need to stop hanging out with him so you can get over him over time..and that's the only way you will get over him. You could dream and fantasize about him and you all you want, but if you don't move on, you will only hurt yourself more in the future. No doubt he is not interested in you.

Your 14, if he did date you he'd go to jail. Back your *** up till your 18 then get drunk at a family christmas and profess your undying love and make babies. Just wait till your an adult first.
I'm a 20 year old dating a 17 year old and we've been dating for 3 years. I know the age thing gets really old but I can honestly say he's just to old for you at this point in your life....give it some real time.

Hey, I share almost the same thing here, haha. Same age gap too. I've been crushing on my cousin for ages, he's 18 now and I'm 13. In legal terms, sometimes it's not allowed and alot of things can come...so just let nature take effect and we'll see what happens. I can understand how you feel, well, sort of so yeah, let things run its full course.

I'm a 14 year old male and i don't want to do anything sexual before marriage. I also want a girl who believes that way... I don't see a problem with it... It doesn't make you soft, or at least, it doesn't make me soft. I am religious though, very, and that's where i get this moral. I want to kill somebody every time i think of how young sex is getting these days. I read one post, a 16 year old girl (or younger, i don't really remember) dated a guy for 4months and then had sex with him.... effing pisses me off how easy some girls are... @lostintranslation- You're killing society...and all the others who think like you... its easy girls and bad parenting that is creating hell on Earth. Parents don't teach their boys correct or reasonable morals so they revolt, then easy girls give them sex... creating economic troubles later, not to mention higher crime rate. Even more-so it makes me want to kill myself....

love is a choice not a feeling. everything you described about hating him, loving him, feeling a lot different than your other "crushes" etc...screams EMOTION not LOVE. If you two work out than great, but not right now. If you truly love him and he loves you than it will work out, but you must wait...like 4 years wait. If you can't than it's not love. If he can't wait than he doesn't love you and it's not worth it. Try focusing your emotions on helping others instead of letting them rule your life and make it miserable.
