Does the subway diet actually work? I'm not a good cook and the subway shop is just up the road, so its very easily accessable.

I swim ride and lift weights everyday but don't see anything but muscle gain (probably because my poor diet..lots of pizzas) so i wanna try this.

what do you guys think?

The one thing that they don't mention (anymore) is that Jared walked an average of 1.5 miles per day - that is a fair increase for someone who did absolutely nothing (check the link below).

The original commercials mentioned that Subway was only PART of this incredible weight loss - it looks like the "Legend" has overshadowed the facts...

As for you - I don't think that the diet will help if you already have a large amount of muscle mass. The diet itself seems to replace excess fat (as in morbidly obese amounts) with less fat - the ratio of muscle to fat shouldn't change significantly.

In addition, lifting weights requires you to have additional fat and carbs in order to give you that extra fuel you need in order to push yourself further (and protein allows for the muscle growth)

if you are looking to gain muscle then a diet based on Subway is not the way to go. if you are serious about fitness you will grab some books from the library and learn how to cook. nobody comes out of the womb knowing how to cook. it's just like any other skill you have to work at it to be proficient in it.

I eat Subway all the time, I wouldn't eat it solely as a diet, but it's definitely a good, balanced, healthy meal. Get lots of veggies and no mayo or oil, you're good to go!

Size 6 or 7 is best. There isn't any rationale to be dimension zero. That dimension is for tiny folks who're five ft or much less. Believe me you're no longer fats. My pal is a mannequin and she or he wears dimension 7!
