Rifles, Men, Tanks, Airplanes, Ships the whole deal no WMDS though how do you react?

If here in the US.
I would see it as an opportunity to reestablish our basic rights under the Constitution. I would put on my body armor and my gilly suit. I would get my sniper rifle and shoot everyone wearing a police uniform, a judges robe, a senate lapel pin, etc as per my DUTY as a patriotic freedom loving American and Earthling !

It would depend on where it was happening.
If it was here in the US and where I was living, I would organize a local, Civil Defense unit in conjunction with the local police and help people protect their homes and lives.
If it was happening somewhere outside of where I was living but close enough that I could assist, then I would.
If it was happening somewhere outside of this country, then I would watch and let the world do what it is going to do.

I would try to take diplomacy steps into stopping whats going on. the world does not need a war against each other, humanity should be past fighting each other.

World war three, Katrina #4, Tornado 682, Who cares, Look, What happens, Happens...If it is real bad you will be conscripted (drafted) and told what to do.
If you are not drafted you will find a way to survive.
Don't worry about it, it won't happen, if it does, there is no blue print. you will have to adjust to the situation you are up against.
