In my experience, if they don't have to chase they lose interest and start taking the girl or granted and laughing about her with their friends. Guys start getting inflated egos and thinking that is the girl is all over them, no matter if the girl is beyonce and the guy is weird al it still happens. Save all that til you know them better.

Boys DEFINITELY DO NOT LOSE INTEREST......but a girl cannot be physically forward in making the first step in trying to get a date.....The young (or not) woman, just needs to be clear about who she is and maintain good morals....then proceed with the common interests they have in suggesting that a date might just be a great idea!!!

I would be a little weirded out since it's usually the guys who make the date proposal... It's ok if a girl lets me know if she's interested in me or what not though- I like that since I cannot pick up subtle hints!
