Drink alot of water. Also, the neutrogena eye cream for puffiness and dark circles works good, and so does the clinique eye cream, although it's more expensive. For a temporary solution put two spoons in the freezer and in the morning take them out and put them under your eyes. or you can buy one of those masks that you can put in the freezer and rest on your eyes for 15 minutes in the morning

Common causes of bags under the eye How to get rid of bags under the eyes starts by understanding its cause. Some of the possible causes are:

Brew some Lipton tea...needs to be real tea, not herbal.
After it's been soaking for a couple of minutes, squeeze out
the extra water and place a teabag over your eye, making
sure you cover the puffy part of your eye. Lie down for
20 minutes....problem should be gone...something about the
tanic acid. Has always worked for me.

For a quick fix herbal solution to your problem, try placing thin raw potato slices over your eyes while lying down. wash the eye area with cold water and then keep the slices. it helps tighten puffy, baggy eyes. or try eye care products like the 'pevonia ' eye line. dont go for surgical procedures as you are just 15.
