How do I post a picture instead of my Avatar?

I found a picture on a site, but I don't know how to get it from point A to point B, my 360 profile.

Save the picture to your hard drive. Make sure it's in "jpg" format. If it isn't, you'll have to use a program to convert it to "jpg" format. You could use http://irfanview.com/ It's easy and uses very little hard drive space. Once you've saved the picture, as a "jpg", to your hard drive (and make sure to remember WHERE you saved it), log into your 360 and click on the "Edit Personal Photos" link that you'll see when you're viewing "My Page" (which means your own page). Once you've clicked on the link, you'll be taken to a page where you can browse through your hard drive for an avatar to upload. Locate the picture you saved and select it. At the bottom of the screen you'll see a "Save button". Click on that button and wait for 360 to upload your photo.

After that, it will be uploaded. All you have to do is make sure that it's selected as your "Primary" photo. To make sure, go back into the "Edit Personal Photos" link and check to see if the "Set as Primary" button is highlighted. If so, no need to worry about it, but if it isn't, highlight the button and then click "Save" again.

On your 360 you have an option Go to My Page in the upper righthand corner. Click 'edit personal photos'

Enter the address where the photo is at.
