You can say (Te amo mucho) that means i love you very much in spanish.Or you can say it (l'amo) or there is (ich liebe sie) that is in german or (jek elsker de)that is norwegian. if you want to know more or anything else you can find it online just go under translation and the best web site for it is freetranslation.com i hope that helped
