Every once in a while I have noticed that I will skip a breath it seems. I will try to take that breath but I can't. It is kind of odd. My blood pressure a few weeks ago was like 150 over something...

If you're overweight and out of shape, yeah, it could happen.
Tingling means bad circulation.
See a doctor as soon as possible!

High blood pressure, and yours is only borderline high, means that at all times the blood vessels and heart are under pressure. That means you are missing reserves where your blood pressure increases under stress to carry more oxygen to your body and replace that used. If a person with 120/70 goes into emergency mode at 190/130, they have jumped the capacity (flow under pressure) by over 50%. If a person with 150/95 reaches the same level they have only increased by about 30% and if their pressure goes up by 70 points to 220 like the first person, or by the same percentage to about 230 they are putting a lot more strain on already stretched vessels.
You need to get you blood pressure down, which involves taking some fairly cheap meds every day and you need to keep a short list of when these episodes occur and talk to a doctor.

See a doctor...I could be wong the sleep apnea will appear as if you loose your breath for a second or two in your sleep
You may need a sleep clinic and I did that once on a study and got paid for it ...Sleep Clinic is great if you have body rhythems that are a little bit off..course...Do not worry.. Exercises durring the day being obese will bring on the things your describe...Just laying wong can cause tingle or two...high blood pressure...OK some people say normal is a 120 over 60 O the high number if you are excited and the low number is as rest. I am 289lbs One 150 sounds high but you need a resting average of 80 or 70 that makes things not seem so bad on a average...Now I race to 130 even flip flop 180 under stress conditions Try to calm down...Mom said to me O Calm your A down....so I said it to myself in the hospital and my pressure went back to normal...

Yes it does. Your heart rate will go up faster with physical activity and it puts more demands for oxygen on your body. Feet/hands falling asleep is probably not a good sign and probably results from not enough blood going to those parts of the body which can result from hypertension of the blood vessels.

If you're skipping breaths as you say, that's probably just a sign that your heart is working hard.

Sounds like you gotta cut back on the salt intake (i.e. absolutely no potato chips whatsoever) and get some aerobic exercise

I started doing this back last year and I went to the Dr. everything was fine except I drank way to much caffeine that kept speeding up my heart and causing it to skip. tingling hands and feet are sure signs of poor circulation and is closely related to high blood pressure first things fist get some fluid off w/ a blood pressure pill that is also a fluid pill and start watching your diet and exercise

It can, but it depends on the reason for the high blood pressure. If you have sodium sensitive high blood pressure, you may have a kidney problem. That means that if you aren't limiting sodium the kidneys can't get rid of, it causes you to retain water and it can mimic congestive heart failure. In simple terms, you have fluid buildup in your lungs that keeps them from working efficiently. I don't know about the tingling. See a doctor; this isn't something to ignore.

The dash diet, google it. also hawthrone ginko biloba. she still needs bp meds however dash diet takes a few months to work and the hawthrone at least one year to reach full affects. but the hawthrone strengthens the heart too. sounds like she is taking way to much stuff, ever consider a second opinion? I have read doctors say that congestion heart failure was not as common until beta blockers came along. they actually weaken the heart that is why I stopped mine and got on a calcium channel blocker. oh by the way the dash diet will help with fluid retention there it will as it will counter the salt in the diet, and over time she should be able to reduce the medications. she seems to be on an aweful lot of medications, she could be having severe side affects from them. please have her see another doctor a natrapath or something. by the way the breathing difficulty might be due to fluid in her lungs due to the weakened heart, and if she is on any type of beta blocker it will make it worse. RRRRR

Those sound like heart palpatations, I think I would have a doctor check you out. High blood pressure medicine can cause this, as well as, unchecked high blood pressure, or heart/vascular problems. Your hands and feet may be suffering neuropathy, from the vascular problems. Make an appt today, good luck.

You need to see your doctor soon. The tingling of hand and feet and shortness of breath are warnings of poor circulation and possible heart blockage. Don't delay it could cost you your life.
