The can says it's not recommended for children, but this seems a bit too vague for me. Is there an age limit for these?

I don't think so, but there ought to be.
The nervous system is not fully developed in children, and even in some teens. Many adults have adverse effects from these drinks.
How about just getting enough sleep, and eating reasonably well?

there is no age limit but at least 15 and older to like 50 you don't wanna give anyone a heart attack. (lol)
