hi I was in a similar situation but it was my ex husband blaming my fiance' of three years. It took alot out of us all and if you are married please check your laws because in illinois if there is no custody and your still married but seperated he can take your baby for how ever long it takes you to get a lawer. As far as how to deal hug your child every day and remember to not let them see you in pain and if need be go to your doctor and see if they can give you something on a temporary basis. After all the findings are done in illinois you can turn in the false accuser and press charges and sue for defirmation of character so i would look in to it. Good luck if you need some private talk just email me.

My kids where recently removed from home because my sons teacher called the cops and reported that he had unexplainable bruises. He is five and had just learned how to ride a bike without training wheels, my daughter who is 3 has alopecia and bruises very easily. The judge wouldn't take this into consideration. I live in Kansas and do not know the laws. They did not record any of the conversations with my children and I'm pretty sure the social worker coached my children into saying that my boyfriend beat my kids. His daughter who is 4 was left in the home only because she had no marks...is this right? It is very stressful, I've been very upset and will be seeing a therapist myslef in two weeks.

I would not let it stress me out, because I'd know I was innocent, as would any reasonable person.

Oh, and BTW: you might want to check the law where you live, but in Illinois, I know it's considered disorderly conduct to knowingly make a false claim of child abuse.

Hun, my wife and I have been accused of neglect three times and because our daughter is under care of a doctor for Eczema, they have walked away with their tails between their legs. I had one Social worker in my face when I told her off. I work with children as a minister and a social worker thought because I loved working with kids that I must have other alternative motives. Even the newspapers printed what the DEFACS said. When it was all over and the investigation cleared me, The newspaper refused to print a retraction. The very agency who accused me had the nerve to ask me to testify in court to help them. I just worked hard to rebuild and have the trust now of the church and the love of my children surpasses all I went through. A supportive wife was also a blessing. That was ten years ago. I am stronger for this now and have learned to take precautions to prevent others from the help I went through in our ministry.

It is a fact that the falsely accused often feel stressed, even guilty. First find a good lawyer, then a good therapist to get you through it. Then believe in what you know to be the truth and your own ability to convince others and, have faith that the truth will be revealed. Good luck to you.

just let it slide.... no sense in getting all worked up over it. if it is false they will see that it is false and the report will be unsubstantiated
