First of all, let me commend you for being one of the first 14 year olds to think about nutrition that I've known! Sounds like you're well on your way right now to healthy eating because you don't indulge in sodas and candy, or other sugar heavy items. Gaining weight can happen in a variety of ways, but first you have to see if your frame and body type needs to weigh more than it does right now to be healthy. If you don't, then consider bulking up by including weight lifting in your exercise regime. You can add a good multi-vitamin and protein shake to the diet and you'll probably be just fine. Be liberal with your veges and complex carbs and conservative with your meat. Choose proteins that are lean cuts and lower in fat, even if you are trying to gain weight! Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day to keep your blood sugar level and make sure to eat at least 3 fruits a day as well. Since you're still growing, you'll need to get plenty of low-fat milk or milk products such as lowfat yogurt, cottage cheese, pudding etc. Also, please remember that you might yet have another "growth spurt" and will find yourself taller or heavier than you are now. Don't let it bug you, just enjoy these years as much as you can!

Well, you sound like the ideal teenager. Healthy food choices usually consist of all your proper Vitamins and Minerals. Talk to your doctor or local nutritionist so they can suit you with the best diet (note: diet means a meal plan. Its purpose is not always to loose weight) so that you can gain healthy muscles. Of course, exercise is a great way to stay in shape. I suggest you to join a sports team for your high school and build on that skill even if you "think" you stink at it. I wasn't always a runner when I was a kid, but I joined track for my middle school and high school and it built my running ablility to what it is today.
Most adults nag to their kids "eat your vegetables". I'm sure you've heard this before from your parents/gaurdians. Vegetables are not the only key ingredient to a healthy diet; you also need your carbs, dairy, fruits, and proteins. It's ok to have a little bit of sweets to balance out your diet.
Now that I've lectured you enough, it's time for you to decide what you eat. Remember, what you eat is your choice. Make the right choice.

The other Girl is right you should see a health professional but I know that is not always an option (sad to say)

Now this is just in general

Making healthier choices when it comes to carbs

the healthier ones are
sweat potato
squash
beans not the green and yellow while they are healthy and are good for you they are not a good source of protein and carbs
I am talking about the dried beans white black black eyed kidney chic peas and legumes

For rice eating whole grain (not the instant kind) is better for you
While brown and wild rice is better than white

Eating whole grains like Bulgar flax buckwheat are also good for you.

eating hot cereals home made oatmeal (not instant)
red river cream of wheat oat bran

eating whole grain will either bring down high blood fats or it will keep them low

My homoeopathic Dr says to eat protein with fruits and veggies and not meat

To eat meat with veggies and fruit and not carbs like bread potatoes

Most of us were not brought up with that kind of way of eating

I also have a list of herbs that can help with every day problems and some of them prevent health problems contact me if you are interested

I have a bunch of healthy recipes for all kinds of foods you can email me if you like
