Surprisingly microwaving is the best nutritionally, as you use a minimal amount of water so don't leech the nutrients out, as boiling and steaming do.

Of the others steaming is better than boiling

well most persons will say raw but in truth not all vegetables can be eaten raw...now vegetables contain mineral and vitamins that are soluble in water that is they are easily loss in water hence boiling would not be a good method neither would microwaving since this vitamins and minerals are highly sensitive to heat they would become degenerated by such high temperature so this bring us to the answer which is steaming: there are many methods of steaming and in the true methods the food should not come in contact with water hope this has helped .....

Depends on the veg/fruit. Raw is best for most veg. Cooked for alot of fruits like tomatoes and plantains. Wine is better than grapes. Why... some nutrients like lycopene in tomatoes, are more concentrated in cooked tomatoes than raw. (lycopene is not an excuse to eat ketchup. Never eat ketchup, its pure sugar and wasted calories) Cooking/firmentation/drying is better for some things, but I would say raw overall, or lightly, lightly steamed. Do some research on specific foods you want to eat, and go from there!

Raw is the healthiest way to eat veggies, but it can also cause you to have lots of gas. Steaming preserves nutrition, but roasting, ahh, now there's where the real flavor comes in. Salt and pepper, a little lemon juice, and maybe some grilled onions . . . heavenly

Steamed. Less nutrients are lost in the preparation if they are steamed, yet eating them raw is still the healthiest.

Niether eat them fresh, you lose essential nutrients boiling, microwaving and steaming still to just washing them in water and eating them raw.

Best heath is raw, but steamed is good too, less likely to over cook and less nutrition value losses.
