Veux-tu... is the informal for sure, but it depends on what the rest of the sentence is. You're using the conditional tense here and there is more than one. Also it depends on would you like what? If another verb is following sometimes you can just put that verb in the conditional.

Informally "ça te dirait de...?"is often enough used.(literally:would that say to you?)
For ex: ça te dirait de prendre un verre chez moi?would you like to have a drink at home?

voudrais-tu ... that's informal.. use vous for the more formal version.

veux - tu is do you want not would you like
it's a small difference i know, but you asked!
