Yes, you must be able to take control of the car, if the customer fails to do so. You also must be insurable, if you have a few tickets, or a wreck against your driving record, insurance costs may be too high, to make it worthwhile to hire you.

You don't have to have a license from a legal standpoint. But if you don't, there's not likely a dealership that will hire you. Beyond that the only requirement is that you're a mouth breather.

depends on the state. in california, yes. you must also get a live scan, which is a digital fingerprinter which pulls a background check and you must apply and receive a vehicle salesperson licesne.

no, just to drive them, aslong as you are 18 years old, it doesn't matter, just your attitude matters.
