i have dish net and channels change by themselves!?

hi , i was just sitting on my couch one day and all of a sudden my channels started to change . now this might like sound like a made up story but really its ture . i have no idea why this is happening but i think i can cancel out ghoasts ( or can i ) but i have no idea what it is . someone please help

The remote (or another remote that uses the same codes) was under the pillow in the couch, so when you moved it started sending commands to the TV.
