Rather than play eyes with each other, be a man and go ask her yourself you get sure results that way ^-^

Instead of looking, smiling and greeting each other in the hallway why not walk with her? Accompany her to her destination and even ask if you can hold her things then innocently touch her skin. That will give you a great signal if she likes you. When she blushes and feel nervous.
