Having tent is to keep things out ;) Having a doggie door would simple be a tent without doors! Maybe there's a doggie tent just for dogs- like a dog house, but camp version!

No. I would not want my dogs leaving the tent without me. Too easy for them to follow their noses and get into trouble.
And too easy to get a raccoon or other critter in the tent.
Don't be lazy, just let the dogs out when they need to go.
Mine will sleep through the night and I get up early when I camp anyway. Mine either sleep with me or in the vehicle.
I would never leave them loose while I'm asleep. Snakes, Coons, Bears...too much wildlife to be safe. And too many idiots lose their dogs every year because they don't keep them on leashes when they camp. Mine are in a pen or on a long line or with me when I'm camping. They are off leash , if I'm with them and able to pay full attention.

Most camp grounds will require that the dogs be on leash or confined. If you do not abide by the rules not only will you be asked to leave but could make it such that the campground will not allow dogs at all in the future. Your dog should also be on leash if you are on public land. If they injured wildlife, a person, or someone else's pet or did any property damage you are responsible and could face charges. They should not be allowed to run free - even if you think they are good at staying close.
I have spent a couple of memorable night with my arm out the tent flap holding on to my dog's leash, because he kept having to go out due to stress diarrhia. That way I didn't have to go out with he, but I knew they were safe, even if I dozed of for a couple of minutes.

Keep in mind that ALL camping areas have rules about pets being on a leash. Never let them go out without you, I have seen what wild animals can do to a dog. Especially Coyotes and javalinas!

That's a great idea except for the wild animals, that may come in also,we have two small dogs and we take a small dome tent, for the dogs besides ours but they usually end up the night with us,so what a great question!

it is not advisable to allow your dogs go free on a camp site anyway, dogs should be kept under control

if they're good at staying around camp, just keep them outside the tent when you sleep. not only will you avoid their nature calls, but also their flea and tick mates.

I dunno but thats just the cutest thing ever.
My dog will stick around me, until something catches her sniffer, she's okay at coming back - we're still working on it.
Your dogs sound awesome!!
