To graduate you must run 1.5 miles in 11:57 or less. You can try to walk but you will have every T.I. running up and yelling in your face. So the best bet is to run the entire time.

Two miles? Come on. Use this technique. Its called the recon shuffle where your not actually running, but your not walking. Two miles is only 10560 feet average stride of three feet will mean that each foot will only have to move 1760 times. Air Force. Be glad that is probably the hardest thing that you will have to do in Air Force bootcamp. Don't bother challenging yourself, go a head and keep trying to find the easy way out of everything that you do and you will fit right into the Air Force.

You are not suppose to walk during the run. Walking is the worst thing you can do. You want to do your best, run as hard as you can. I think the run time to male is about 13.30 mins and for female is 15 mins not too sure though.

The only figure I've ever heard on that is 18 minutes, but after basic they run 1.5 miles. Walking is authorized, but it obviously slows you down.
