Do you believe in a vessel of souls?

People that have died and went to heaven state that there is a vessel of souls waiting to be born.

Is it possible when this vessel is empty we get to go home?

we are sewn as adam and eve into skins [made incarnate]
a body of light awaits us after the fire has refined our spirit,
jesus died to prove we are all reborn afgain [hence the 2 de baptism]
