what happened in the first 5 min of supernatural when sam meets the other psychics? and what is the black guy's ability?

Dean sent Sam into a diner to pick him up some pie. Dean stayed in the Impala to listen to the radio. The radio went all static-y and went out, which is never a good sign. Dean knew that it meant that The Demon was nearby. He looked up and saw that there was no movement inside the diner. Worried about his little brother, Dean ran inside to find everyone in there with their throats slit and no Sam. Dean found sulfur on the back door. Sam woke up in the ghost town with the other chosen children.
Jake's ability was superstrength.

Sam and Dean drive up to a Diner and Dean hands him money to go get some good. Dean jokes about him getting some pie lol...you see Sam go in and while Dean is listening to the radio it starts to lose connection and makes fuzzy noises. So after Dean looks up in the Diner he doesn't see Sam so he runs into the Diner and there's a guy murdered at one of the table so Dean pulls out his gun and searches it and finds 2 other people murdered and Sam has gone missing. As Dean is leaving he finds sulfur in the Diner so he knows it was the demon. The Black guy, Jake, is super strong...he said he lifted a car and bench pressed 800 pounds
