A Catholic baby record book
oversized teething rosary
There is a nice cloth book called Jesus and His Bible Friends
Does the baby have a name? Maybe get a statue of the saint she shares a name with. Or a statue of the feast day she's born on....Like March 19 is the feast of Saint Joseph.
I encourage you to get thinkgs they will use. I got a lot of religious art for my baby. My husband is the youth minister at our church

There are tons of Christian related diaper bags, bottles, blankets, etc.... Just visit your local Family Christian book store.
Also, for the parents. I gift card to blockbuster is excellent, since for the first few weeks they will be at home.
