It's really like the chicken and the egg question. Which came first, man or God?

There has ALWAYS been some form of a god in myths and legends since the dawn of time. If you are talking about the current Christian God, then yes, man created that one. But what about before? Before anyone heard of Adam and Eve, the Egyptians, and everything? Wasn't there always some sort of "higher" being in our minds? Are we not just genetically programmed to look for a higher power? Perhaps...perhaps there really was some higher being before humans, to install this belief in us? Who knows? We can create stories and write science fiction all we want, but we'll never know. With each passing day, the evidence fades away until it sinks into oblivion.

I guess you could say that man created God in a way. The Bible was written by man. And was interpeted by man. This is why I don't belong to a certain religion anymore. Too many cooks in the kitchen if you ask me. Everyone has a different opinion on how you should live your life. Well, I believe in God, but, I choose to live my life the way I want to. I don't need a church to tell me how to do that.

Depends on your definition of God. Man certainly made the word up. The discovery was more than likely a religious experience or what some people call a certain state of conciousness called "cosmic consciousness." Maybe you should check out some books on the psychology of religion. Alan Watts is a good author on such subjects.

How can you discover your Creator? No, your Creator discovered you. That's the problem with man now, all pompous. "I created God." No, u didn't. God created you, that's the only reason why you're living and moving and breathin right now. I wish I could create something as awesome, all-knowing, all-powerful, loving, understanding, patient, and merciful as God. God is eternal: before time, in time and after time.

Actually, man has never discovered anything about god. Discovery implies encountering evidence, and this has never happened. So, all purported attributes of god must come from human imagination, since there is no other source, and it is for that reason that we say that man created god.

Through the study the words of God in the Gospels which is called the Bible..

It is hard for you to understand because you have no faith in God. God does not allow you now to understand it and not everybody could understand the bible. God select those who have faith in him to understand the words and many parables in the bible. That is how it was written. If you read the bible and wanted to understand it, ask the help of God to help you understand it..

It is not man who created God. It was God who created man.
