If you reject Jesus Christ as God , than I guess animals are
luckier than you. You have a choice.

Humans in death are like the animals, just dead. Nobody has gone into any "hell" yet. That will not happen until the second resurrection when Jesus establishes His kingdom on this earth. The idea that people go to hell when they die is just another lie in most churches to keep members and money coming in. Read what the Bible teaches about death.
The second false teaching that you have accepted is that man has an imortal soul. This was the first lie told on earth "...thou shalt not surely die.." And the third misconception is that you "have" a soul; the Bible says that you "are" a soul.

For there is an eventuality as respects the sons of mankind and an eventuality as respects the beast, and they have the same eventuality. As the one dies, so the other dies; and they all have but one spirit, so that there is no superiority of the man over the beast, for everything is vanity. 20Â All are going to one place. They have all come to be from the dust, and they are all returning to the dust.
Since God is a god of love and not a god of hate there would be no reason for a place of eternal torture.

I dont know the scriptures, but my minister says that there are animals in heaven. could be our dead pets or the cows we ate. and mans soul doesnt easily slide to hell, you have to choose to go to hell by denying Jesus and failing to believe in God.

"Hell" is simply the grave. whether it be a hole in the ground or even at sea.
When death is done away with [ Rev. 21;4, so will Hades.
(Revelation 20:14) And death and Ha′des were hurled into the lake of fire. This means the second death, the lake of fire.
Second death for Hades. Destruction.
and Hades = Hell.
No death=no graves
