I hear some of you Christians fear God. Why? Did he come out of a closet and say boo? Maybe he flashed his @ss? Or did he speak in a very girly voice?... I dont fear my Gods, why is it that you do?

They will most likely say it is a reverential fear they have...I remember many a sermon talking about it. Kind of a P.C. fire and brimstone thing.

The fear that is spoken of when it comes to God is not the same fear that you have described. There are two kinds of fear:

One is actual, literal fear in which you are generally afraid of something, or something startles you.
The other is a term for respect and obedience.

So, in the latter sense, yes we do fear Him...we respect and obey Him.
However, we are not afraid of Him, and He does none of those ridiculous things which you have mentioned...though I think I would be somewhat afraid if He did use the girly voice. :)

I do not fear god now, but as a child I did. He always saw what you did and if you committed sins and were not forgiven you would be punished. If you were bad you would suffer before you died. When you died, if you weren't perfect you went to purgatory until you repented for your sins. Everything was a sin and god saw and was going to punish you. I was taught that there were things that were sins that as children we should have never been told were sins. We were in a way taught to be ashamed of our bodies. That masturbation was dirty and a sin, it is a wonder I am normal. I felt like there were always eyes on me and that I couldn't hide anywhere that god wouldn't see me and not like what I was doing.
I don't want to live with guilt and fear of what people made as the rules and said that it was gods rules or used god to enforce their beliefs and values. I thought he was a big guy that had the power to send you to the fiery pits of hell to suffer for all eternity. Now I look at him as a loving father who does not judge me but supports me in the paths I take in my life and encourages me to learn all that I can.

The words the fear of God to Christians means the fear of committing anything contrary to the will of God.
You know this. I wonder what do you mean to achieve by mocking Christians. Do you get off by offending those whom you disapprove of?

Christian here, and don't fear God, because there is no need.
I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

Do you love your parents, and yet have feared their judgement, disapointment, and punishments when you were doing wrong?

*Relate this to a relationship and fear of God, and you will have a better understanding.

The fear of God isn't meaning to be scared of him, but reverential fear of God; the fear of displeasing him.

Fear in the definition of the Bible doesn't mean to be afraid. It means to hold in respect, awe and reverence.
It sounds like you are just trying to pick on Christians.
